Irish coffee (8)
Instructions
In a glass without a stem or a small Tea Cup put 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add a good amount of Irish whiskey.
Pour over the coffee and stir to melt sugar.
Cover with fresh cream either gradually on the back of a spoon.
Served without shaking the cream layer.

- 1 pretty strong coffee
