Italy pousse-café
Instructions
This pousse-café consists of three colours (reminiscent of the Italian tricolour), obtained by mixing together the ingredients in twos before pouring them into the glass.
Put in a pot with Cherry grenadine, stir and pour into the glass cylinder.
Repeat the operation with the Mint and the Anisette; then pour this mixture, drop by drop, on the previous.
Do the same with the Chartreuse and Blue Curacao and pour, drop by drop, on the white layer.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 3 teaspoons of grenadine
- 1 teaspoon of cherry stock
- 1 teaspoon of white mint
- 3 teaspoons of anisette
- 4 teaspoons of yellow chartreuse
- Few drops of blue curacao
