Instructions
Grind together 1 onion, 2 carrots, celery sticks and 4 1 leek and saute with 50 g of bacon, chopped.
Cover with 150 cl of hot water, add salt, pepper and add 300 g of fresh beans.
Bake sweet flame for one hour and add 100 g cabbage, finely chopped.
When the beans are cooked, combine 200 g Pearl barley already boiled.
Let it sit for 15 minutes to blend the flavors and serve.
