Instructions
Mince meat again with the meat mincer with all ingredients including spices (if you use powdered spices, take just a pinch with the tip of a knife).
Add the lemon juice and mix everything very well again.
Divide the dough into as many medium-sized croquettes and insert them on a stick.
Brush on with the melted butter and cook them on the grill for 30 minutes.
Serve these skewers accompanied with white rice.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 G = = Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 onions
- 50 g of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 5 ground cloves
- 1 stick of ground cinnamon (4 cm)
- 5 ground cardamom seed
- Salt
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of butter (or margarine)
