Kumala salad
Instructions
Cubed sweet potatoes into wedges and boiled eggs.
Chop the onions and sauté them in a little oil with garlic and ginger.
Remove the sauce from heat and mix it with coconut milk.
Add all to sweet potatoes and eggs and serve as a side dish to grilled meats or fish.

- 6 sweet potatoes cooked
- == 1 large onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1 cup of coconut milk
