Raspberry wine
Instructions
The raspberries with a clean damp cloth without passing them under running water.
Put aside 150 g and blend the rest with the wine, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, vanilla and sugar.
Blend until a smooth cream.
Divide the cream into 4 bowls and guarnirle with whole raspberries.
Serve immediately or keep in fridge until time to bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of raspberries
- 20 cl of muscat wine
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
