Raspberries with strawberries of the woods
Instructions
Reduce in mash the raspberries, add sugar and pour in the alcohol in which you added 10 cl of water boiled and cooled.
After 10 days of maceration, add 50 cl of still boiled and cooled water and after another 10 days filter making sure to squeeze out well the residue left in the filter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of raspberries and wild strawberries
- 120 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
