Lasagne with basil
Instructions
Boil lasagna in a bowl with salt water where you put 1 tablespoon oil to prevent pasta sticks.
Meanwhile chop the Basil, 1/2 clove of garlic, parsley and a handful of salt.
Aside from mix goat cheese with Parmesan and add oil until it forms a creamy paste.
Drain the pasta and place it lying on a plate; Sprinkle salsa and serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta lasagne
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- Basil
- Parsley
- 1 handful of salt
- Olive oil
