Mince together the tarragon, parsley and chives.
Drain the crabmeat of preserves and crush with a fork.
Mix mayonnaise and add the capers and chopped herbs.
Divide the avocado in half, remove the core, spray the lemon juice pulp not black.
Fill the avocado means prepared with the mixture and place them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
