Instructions

In mixer cream reduce the Basil, garlic, pine nuts, walnuts and a pinch of salt.

Add 50 g of grated Parmesan and pecorino cheese and 1 cup of oil.

Boil lasagna.

In a buttered baking dish alternating layers of lasagna, pesto, cream and lasagne.

Finish with a layer of lasagne, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pesto and cream mixed.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
