Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk with a bit of cinnamon, lemon rind, 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Just starts to boil, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks with 100 g sugar until foamy then will join the filtered milk.
To caramelize the sugar remained in a mold and pour in the mixture.
Put the mold in a water bath and bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
Unmold the cake.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
