Instructions

Pour the water into a saucepan, add the sugar and the yellow part only lemon zest.

Bring the mixture almost to a boil, stirring often to dissolve sugar well, then strain into another container, add the red wine and lemon juice.

On fire and just starts boiling add the rum, let still a moment on the fire, then pour into a bowl of punch or directly into heat-resistant glasses.
