Instructions

Crumble the Hare and put it to infuse for about 12 hours with wine, vinegar, celery, onion, carrots, garlic, Bay leaves, chilli.

Place in a pan by adding fat, and let simmer.

When cooked arrange the pieces of meat on a serving dish, with what remains of the infusion to the mill.
