Linguine with Anchovies (Linguine con Alici)
Instructions
FRY in oil with garlic and chili pepper, then add the tomatoes, a pinch of oregano and salt.
As soon as the sauce, cooked for 5 minutes, is ready, place the anchovies private heads and bones, cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
Cook linguine to 6 ' in salted water, drain and toss in the sauce with plenty of chopped parsley.
