Delicate linguine
Instructions
Cut into strips thin lemon yellow part.
Bring to a boil the wine with a bit of ginger, combine the lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
Mix 4 tablespoons of oil with the lemon juice, garlic, sliced, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Combine the zest drain and let stand for 1 hour.
Boil the pasta, serve with salsa and perfume with grated ginger, stir and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 1 untreated lemon
- Dry white wine
- Parsley
- Fresh ginger
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
