Citrus liqueur
Instructions
Grate the Peel, well washed, all citrus, being very careful not to scratch the white part that would make the bitter liqueur.
Place to soak, with a handful of cloves, in alcohol for a week, then carefully filtered.
Meanwhile, melt the sugar in half a litre of water and when it will be completely add alcohol and bottled.
Wait a month before tasting it.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.

- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
- 4 oranges
- 4 mandarins
- 4 lemons
- 2 limi (or cedar)
- 1 handful of cloves
