Aromatic Vinegar (Aceto Profumato)
Instructions
We use for seasoning salads, meat, fish and seafood.
Prepares by putting in 100 cl of vinegar some basil leaves and chopped arugula, a handful of oregano, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and salt to taste.
Shake the bottle well and let it sit in the dark for fifteen days reminding you to shake it every two days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- Some leaves of basil
- Some leaves of arugula salad
- 1 handful of oregano
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
