Juniper-Flavoured Liqueur
Instructions
Put the berries of Juniper, along with alcohol, in an airtight jar and allow to macerate for 4 weeks.
Prepare a syrup by boiling sugar and water, then leave to cool completely.
Filter the liquid into which he macerated Juniper, then add the syrup; bottle then leave to mature the liquor for at least 8 months before you consume it.
