Orange liqueur (2)
Instructions
Pressed sugar candy and put it to fire in a saucepan along with the water.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Grate the skins, squeeze the fruit and merged both in syrup.
Add alcohol, stirring well.
Bake the liqueur in bottles and stow 'em with corks.
Let stand the liquor for three weeks and then filtered and bottled.
The liqueur will be ready after three weeks.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 6 oranges
- 1000 G = = Candy
- 75 cl of water
