Wild rose liqueur
Instructions
In a glass jar to seal put all ingredients.
Let macerate for 10 days, moving every day the vessel to facilitate the divestiture of aromas contained in herbs.
Spent the time indicated, seeps and bottles, sealing the CAP with sealing wax.
You must let the liqueur matures in a dry place for at least a month before you taste it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 400 g of rosewater
- 250 g of icing sugar
- 10 wild roses flowers (petals)
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of lemon verbena leaves
- 1 pinch of orange blossom
