The peel of citrus liqueur
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and dissolve the sugar, mixing thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Leave to cool and pour the syrup in an airtight jar; Add alcohol, orange peel (Orange part only), cedar and lemon (yellow part only) and Mandarin, well washed.
Allow to macerate for 10 days, stirring from time to time the vase.
Pass the liquor through a strainer, filter, bottle and leave to mature for at least 6 months.

- 300 g of sugar
- 300 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 300 g of water
- 4 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 1 chinese mandarin
- 1/2 cedar
