Egg Liqueur (Liquore Alle Uova)
Instructions
Boil, in a bowl with milk sugar and stick of vanilla and then wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks until mixture is fluffy, then add the marsala wine, cognac and finally the milk and alcohol.
Stir well and bottled and always wait two months before opening.
Remember to always shake the bottle before serving in small glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 50 cl of marsala wine
- 1000 g of sugar
- 10 fresh eggs
- 200 cl of milk
- 2 cups of cognac
- 1 stick of vanilla
