Instructions
Wash the oranges well, Peel with vegetable peeler and let macerate for 8 days zest in the brandy, then filtered and combined sugar and white wine.
Soak sugar in lumps with a little water and let it caramelize at low heat, moving the small saucepan, until it becomes a nice brown color.
Stroke unit water and boil 2 minutes, stirring.
Pour the syrup, dark and bitter, in wine and stir again.
Bottled and let it sit for a week in a cool place before you consume it.

- 250 g of white spirit to 40 degrees
- 3 oranges
- 750 g of white wine
- 200 g of sugar
- 6 cubed of sugar
