Leaves of peach liqueur
Instructions
Mix in a jar wine, brandy and sugar.
Add the peach leaves, which must be educated, and just expose to the Sun for a month.
If this is not possible, keep the pot in a warm, dry place for the whole time of the maceration.
After this period, filtered and bottled.
Let stand the liquor for two months before you consume it.

- 500 g of brandy to 40 degrees
- 500 g of red wine
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 70 peach leaves
