Instructions

Add water and sugar and filtered.
Add the orange blossom water that you have prepared in part by pouring hot water 20 g to 10 g of fresh orange petals.
Wait a few months before serving liquor.

- 220 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 50 g of bitter almonds
- 3 g of calamus
- 1 1/2 g of cloves
- 1 1/2 g of mace

- 2 fresh oranges (grated)
- 500 G = = water
- 50 g of orange flower water
- 350 g of sugar
