Verbena liqueur
Instructions
To obtain this excellent liquor proceed as follows.
Let macerate fresh la verbena, washed and dried, sugar and brandy for 2 months in an airtight jar.
Spent the time filter and pour in a beautiful bottle, maybe old, but you can seal.
It is a digestive liqueur, ideal after a hearty meal.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white spirit to 40 degrees
- 1 handful of verbena
- 20 lumps sugar
