Pork Loin with Apple Cider vinegar
Instructions
Cut the meat into slices, remove the fat, infarinarla and cook with butter nocciolato.
Cut an Apple in check, add the meat and deglaze with Apple Cider vinegar.
Cut one Apple into thin slices, sprinkle with icing sugar and fill it in the oven.
Serve the meat into pieces at the center of a rose.

- 250 g of pork loin
- 2 apples
- 10 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 1 walnut butter
- 10 g of icing sugar
- Flour
- Salt
