Tasty curry pork loin
Instructions
Heat well the oil in a large saucepan (with cover).
Add the pork loin and Brown over medium heat, on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour a glass of beer and cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
Remove the filaments outside the celery, wash it and cut it into slices not too thin.
Dissolve the curry in two tablespoons beer and add to the meat.
Merged into the vegetable casserole, beer remained with the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes more.
