Macaroni with green pepper
Instructions
Bring to a boil a little water in a pan and pour the egg yolks.
Cook for 3 minutes after resumption of the boil, drain them with a skimmer and place them in a soup-tureen.
Combine the cream and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and work with a fork.
Add a ladle of pasta cooking water.
Add the chopped butter and pepper.
Boil the pasta, drain it, pour it into the bowl with the ingredients, stir and serve.

- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of green pepper in grains
- 350 g of type pasta macaroni
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
