Maccheroncini with saffron
Instructions
In a large pan mix saffron with a little cold water, then join other cold water up to the level of a finger.
Bring to a boil on the fire.
Pour the macaroni cooking and adding a little at a time other hot water.
Set so that in the end remain at the bottom of the 300-400 g pot of gravy.
Season the pasta with the butter in small pieces, stir and serve.
Parmesan is optional.

- 2 sachets of saffron
- 300 g of type pasta macaroni
- Salt
- 50 g of butter
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
