Macaroni with peppers
Instructions
Clean peppers, wash them, dry them, remove seeds and filaments, cut them into strips.
In a pan take heat a little oil, garlic clove saucepan, add the anchovies and stir with a wooden spoon, making well dissolve.
Add the bell pepper fillets, add salt, pepper and bring them in.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, move into the pan of peppers and leave on the fire for a few minutes because marinate.
Serve hot immediately.
If you like sprinkle with oregano.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 anchovies
- Olive oil
