Instructions

In a crock with suet put to Brown onion and chopped parsley, ham and Capicola cut in cubes, a clove of garlic whole and shredded chili.

Boil macaroni in lightly salted water, drain them almost halfway through the cooking, ponetene a layer in a Pan Gravy, seasoned dipped with caciocavallo cheese and tomato sauce, make a second layer, season again and so on, ending with a layer of sauce.

Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
