Instructions
To boil the pasta in 1 pot with boiling salted water and drain it al dente (just over half-cooked); 1 butter dish, 1 layer of noodles, spread over of grana lamellae, then repeat the operation, making a second layer.
Pour on the milk, by distributing it well and put in a hot oven to about 180 degrees, for 20 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed.

- 320 g of type pasta macaroni
- 1 walnut butter
- 100 g of milk
- 80 g of grana
- Salt
