Instructions
Dissolve over heat the butter, flour and stemperarvi combine hot milk slowly.
Add salt and boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat and season with nutmeg.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, diced mozzarella and the ham into strips.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 1 mozzarella
- 100 g of ham cut often

- 50 g of white flour
