Orange macaroons
Instructions
Mix the mascarpone with the very soft butter and grated Orange rind.
Drain the macaroni al dente, toss with the mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, stir and serve.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 1 orange
- 200 g of fresh mascarpone
- 30 g of butter
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
