Macaroni with ricotta
Instructions
In a bowl, put the ricotta, salt, a pinch of nutmeg and mix everything with a spoonful of warm water.
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and toss with prepared mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot.
