Instructions

Remove the head to anchovies, clean, open them in half and remove the Central bone, then rinse in running water and doratele in a little oil for 10 minutes.

Drain the cooking liquid in saucepan and add a little more olive oil and Brown the sliced onion thinly.

Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Cook for about 15 minutes then add the parsley and chopped basil, chopped tuna and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente, drain and toss with tuna sauce.

In an ovenproof dish, place half of the pasta, put over the anchovies, cover with the remaining dough and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
