Macaroni with zucchini fries
Instructions
Peel, wash and slice the zucchini, dip in flour, shake them in 1 sieve to remove excess one and FRY in hot oil.
Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
Mix in 1 large bowl of milk flakes with milk and sprinkle with plenty of pepper.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente, drain it and add it to the milk flakes; stir, then add the zucchini, chopped Basil and serve immediately.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 4 zucchini
- 150 g of milk flakes
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Abundant of pepper
