Macaroni and broccoli
Instructions
It wont FRY some garlic cloves (in variable quantities depending on taste and resistance of each in dopopasto) in olive oil in a large skillet; then you add a great chili until imbiondisca; only then join fresh broccoli, season with salt to taste, pour half a glass of water and then you cover with a lid and keep in moderate heat.
The broccoli will be momentarily removed before they are fully cooked and will add a glass of hot water of the dough into the pan.
When the macaroni is cooked "al dente", will be dropped into the Pan along with the broccoli and stir up frequently for a few minutes.
The dish is served hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
There is actually a variation that involves an addition of white wine, apart from water, cooking of broccoli.
The type of pasta, as in all poor dishes may vary depending on the tastes and availability (spaghetti, bucatini, linguine, etc.
).

- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
