Neapolitan macaroni
Instructions
Cook for 10 minutes the tomatoes smoothies with a pinch of salt.
Boil the pasta and dress with half of the tomato sauce, olive oil and oregano.
Place in layers in a baking dish greased with oil, sprinkling a layer with slices of mozzarella and a layer with slices of provolone.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Bring on the table and serve the remaining sauce aside in a gravy boat.
