Rice Salad (2) (Macedonia al Riso (2))
Instructions
Boil the rice in sweetened water, leave it to drain, wet with lemon juice and let it cool down.
Peel and dice the fruit, put it in a soup-tureen, before pouring with rum and it with powdered sugar.
Let it sit for 30 minutes then blend it with the rice and mix well.
Serve after 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of basmati rice
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 g of assorted seasonal fruits
- 1 lemon
- Rum
