Instructions
Cut the mango and orange peel into small cubes and put them in a bowl for 15 minutes with the marsala.
Peel the apples, kiwi and banana and cut apples into small pieces, the kiwi to ventaglietti and banana slices.
Wash the strawberries, drain, remove the stalk and dry.
Drain the pineapple from its liquid to conserve and cut the slices to segments.
Put all the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and stir gently.
Add the marsala with fruit to macerate, stir again, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until serving.

- 50 g of candied orange peel
- 2 glasses of egg marsala wine
