Codfish in tomato sauce
Instructions
To deprive the excess of salt cod, hold it for a couple of hours in a container by dropping over a trickle of cold water.
Then boil it in water for 2-3 minutes.
Cook the peeled tomatoes with all the smells for about 10 minutes and then add the cod and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
