Dried fruit salad with cream
Instructions
Boil the water and the orange juice with the sugar, add the grated orange peel and dried fruit, cooked, then let cool.
Mix the liqueur and lemon juice, marinated for at least 24 hours and serve with whipped cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of dried fruit (apricots, prunes, figs)
- 125 g of sugar
- 15 cl of orange juice
- 25 cl of water
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 cl of grand marnier
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 10 cl of cream
