Baccalà alla cappuccina
Instructions
Cut into pieces salt cod, spinarlo and flour.
In a Pan fry in oil and butter sliced onions, then add the fish pieces and fry them lightly, adding a little water.
Add anchovy fillets, bay leaf, raisins and pine nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and salt.
Cover with water, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and coperchiare.
When the water is consumed to the Pan in medium oven until the surface is lightly browned, and the bottom is a little bit of sauce (hopefully joining more water during cooking).

- 700 g of cod
- 50 g of butter
- 20 g of olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- White flour
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 2 onions
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 50 g of raisins
- 50 g of pine nuts
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- 15 g of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
