Veneto milk sliced pork
Instructions
Cover the meat with the white wine and let it marinate for 2 days.
Get it out from the marinade, dry and Brown in butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add Sage and Rosemary, cover with milk and simmer in covered container.
Almost finished cooking remove the lid and let thicken the sauce over high heat.
Cut the meat into slices and serve with the gravy separately filtered.
