Canton-Style Pork
Instructions
In a bowl mix the soy sauce with the chicken broth, honey, sugar, salt and Dayong.
With this mix repeatedly brush the piece of pork so that they soak well on every side.
Then cover the bowl and let the meat rest for an hour.
After this time, remove the meat and let it drain well.
Rub with oil and arrange in a baking dish.
Sprinkle again with marinade and cook in the oven at 220 degrees.
When cooked, take it out and serve immediately in the same pan.
You can serve the roast pork with rice and bamboo shoots.
