Corn and onions in sauce
Instructions
In a Pan fry 400 g of peeled onions with 30 g of oil; just have taken cover with color 10 Cl vinegar low and let it evaporate.
Add 150 g of chopped tomato, chopped 2 anchovy fillets, 1 pinch of oregano, 1 pack of drained corn and add salt and pepper.
Cover, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of peeled shallots
- 30 g of olive oil
- 10 cl of wine vinegar
- 150 g of chopped tomato pulp
- 2 threads of anchovy
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pack of corn
- Salt
- Pepper
