Maltagliati pasta with cannellini beans of atina
Instructions
Soak the beans the night before you cook them.
Cook them in the pan for about two hours.
Saute garlic and chilli in the oil, add the beans already cooked, and pork rind.
Proceed to the cooking of maltagliati for about 5 minutes and merge them to the beans with a little cooking water.

- For the "maltagliati":
- 400 g of water and flour
- For the sauce:
- 200 g of cannellini beans of atina
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Pork rind
- Hot pepper
- Garlic
- Salt
