Mandarin fizz
Instructions
First put in the shaker with ice cubes, then add the Mandarine, lemon juice, egg white, sugar and lemon juice.
Close the shaker and shake for a few seconds.
Pour the fizz in the tumbler up and filled to the brim with ice-cold Soda (the ice remains in the shaker, restrained by pitted CAP).
If you want, you can hem the freezing glass, intingendolo in crushed ice before pouring the drink.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 5 cubes ice
- 4 tablespoons of mandarine napoleon
- 1 teaspoon of grenadine
- 1/2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Very cold soda water
